Had the best visit at the Longliner! Staff (Aaron) is super helpful and friendly. Room was excellent, and the sunsets were fabulous. Thank you Longliner for such a memorable stay!!

The location is a bit of a walk from the downtown area, but the location makes it very easy to walk to everywhere you might need to go. When we got off the boat, we got picked up and taken back to our hotel. Our driver, Fernando, was excellent and gave us tips for some excellent places to visit during our stay. When it was time to go to the airport to catch our plane, he got his there with time to spare! Everyone that worked at Longliner were exceptionally friendly, and we got checked in super fast. Our room was so big too! We had an extremely nice bathroom, mini fridge, 2 large beds, a coffee maker, and a microwave. Their amazing restaurant was right next to our room, and the food was absolutely delicious! Our stay was for one night, but if I ever come back to Sitka Alaska, I’ll be booking a room here. I definitely recommend this place for any stay in Sitka Alaska!

Guests are the priority, and it shows in every detail: from the fleet of 22-foot Hewes Craft Sea Runners, to premium fishing gear, to the state-of-the-art flash freezer that ensures your catch stays fresh. On the island, no one matches their level of quality and care!

A short walk away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, this hotel provided a relaxing and comfortable stay in Sitka. The rooms are well-appointed and stocked with a grocery nearby. Kevin was a tremendous host who provided above-and-beyond transportation around town. The views of the harbor from both our balcony and the wonderfully comfy over-stuffed dock furniture made us feel at home as we watched the seal lions frolick and sea planes take off. Highly recommended. And don't forget to enjoy a great meal at the restaurant!

I was basically stranded as my original stay was closed by the time I arrived. The owners came and picked me up at 1am from my other hotel where I was waiting in the rain. Mind you they didn’t have to do what they did. They were so kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond in service and hospitality. The room was very clean, and comfortable, I ended up changing my reservation completely to finish my stay there. Will definitely be returning in the future. The location and scenery were a bonus!

So Aaron the driver made staying here the best! Warm welcoming. The room was clean, although we are right across from the restaurant and bar which got a bit loud, was quite after 10. Food was a bit pricey however worth every penny. Would definitely recommend it!! Thanks for great weekend in Sitka

Last minute trip to Sitka- had a Great experience. Aaron at the desk picked us up from the airport and gave us a Ton of great tips and info about the places to eat and see. Also provided umbrellas because it rains here A Lot- so we were still able to walk around and stay dry. Room was comfortable, good beds, and very clean-which I love. Fridge, microwave, and Keurig with pods and coffee fixings in room. Hotel downstairs restaurant -Galley- excellent service, great view, and food was super good. Its not right downtown, however if you are walking and not renting a car it was only like 9 minutes which wasn't too bad. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a really nice 1 night stay at the LongLiner. Staff were very very nice, with answers to our questions and flexibility when we had extra needs. Rooms were clean and comfy right on the water. We could walk into downtown and it was not a hard/long walk. Great place to stay in Sitka

I was diverted unexpectedly from Ketchikan to Sitka, and had to scramble at 6:30 PM to find a hotel...in January. Enter Aaron, the Knight in Shining Armor! Kindly took my reservation via phone, expediently picked me up in the shuttle, offered to stop at a pizza joint since I didn't have dinner, and delivered me to the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, larger than an average hotel room, include a small kitchenette, and have a beautiful water view. Aaron graciously shuttled me around while I was stuck waiting for a flight out for 2 nights, always with a great attitude and smile. Management should be aware of what a great employee they have! He really is a gem. Thanks for a great last minute stay.
